Enjoy a family snowmobile safari designed for families who want to experience the Arctic together in a small group, with professional guides and a more personal approach. We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 8 guests. Unlike large operators that run massive groups and have to work to a very tight schedule, our small-group format lets our guides focus on the family in front of them, adapt the pace to the children and make sure everyone enjoys the experience. If your group has 8 or more participants, we organise the safari as a private tour with your own guide at no extra cost.
Children under 140 cm travel safely in our unique heated children's sleigh, pulled by the guide's snowmobile. The sleigh is specially designed to keep children warm and comfortable throughout the safari, even on very cold winter days, so parents can enjoy driving the snowmobiles knowing that the little ones are warm and safely looked after.
You ride for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes through snowy Arctic forests and open winter landscapes, with stops along the way for photos. We don't rush from one stop to the next: we adapt the route and pace to the group, and if everyone is comfortable and enjoying the experience, we can often spend a little longer on the trails.

You return the equipment and we take you back to your accommodation.
Yes. Drivers must be at least 18 and bring a physical Category B (car) driving licence; digital copies, photos or screenshots are not accepted. No previous snowmobile experience is needed: the guide explains the driving and safety rules before you set off.
Children under 140 cm ride in our heated children's sleigh, pulled by the guide's snowmobile, and pay 84€ (ages 3-12). Children over 140 cm can ride as passengers behind an adult driver, subject to availability and their ability to hold on safely; they then pay the adult price.
Twin driving is the standard: two people share one snowmobile and can take turns driving (115€ per adult). With solo driving you have a snowmobile to yourself (155€).
A maximum of 8 guests per group. If your group has 8 or more people, we run the safari as a private tour with your own guide at no extra cost.
Pickup and drop-off are included from hotels, Airbnb apartments and other holiday rentals within 15 km of Rovaniemi city centre. Departures run throughout the day: pick your time in the calendar.
The driver is responsible for repair costs up to 850€ per snowmobile. Before the tour you can buy an optional waiver: 15€ lowers the maximum to 150€ and 25€ lowers it to 0€. We also recommend travel insurance that covers snowmobiling.
Snowmobiles are limited to 40 km/h. The safari is not recommended from the fourth month of pregnancy, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Tell us in advance about any illness, injury or condition that may affect your safety.
Cancelling more than 7 days before is free. The fee is 50% from 7 days and 100% from 2 days before the tour. Routes and riding time can change with the weather and snow conditions.
