Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. We use this only to answer you and to arrange the tour you asked about.

Bookings: tours are booked through our booking provider Bokun, which processes your booking and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details needed to run your tour.

Site analytics: anonymous, cookieless usage statistics (page visited, referring site, campaign parameters, device type, browser language, timestamp). No IP addresses and no persistent identifiers are stored, so these statistics cannot identify you.

Google Analytics: only loaded if you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

We process contact and booking data to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering one, and analytics data on the basis of your consent. We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months and booking records for as long as Finnish accounting law requires.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: our booking platform (Bokun), our email and spreadsheet provider used to handle enquiries, and Google Analytics where you have consented. We never sell your personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for your data in a portable format. Email Sales@polarlapland.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
